Terms of sale

1. Seller and merchant of record

Switchyard products are created and supported by Toni Ibáñez Costa ("we"). Lemon Squeezy, Inc. is the merchant of record for all purchases: it collects payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and issues your receipt, under its own terms. Our relationship with you covers the product itself, support and the license.

2. What you buy

A one-time purchase of a digital product delivered by download link right after payment. For Switchyard for Make: a custom Make app connecting to TypeSafe AI's Jev model, 11 scenario templates, documentation and an evaluation harness. It is not a subscription.

3. Price and taxes

The price shown at checkout is managed by Lemon Squeezy, which applies the taxes that correspond to your location.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose it, which happens at checkout.

5. Refund policy

Independently of the above, if the product does not import cleanly or does not work as documented, email support@switchyard.win within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. This does not cover dissatisfaction with Jev's accuracy on your own data, costs charged by TypeSafe or Make, or a change of mind after using the product.

6. Not included

TypeSafe API usage and Make operations are billed directly to you by those providers.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business losses from decisions made by automations built with the product. Validate thresholds on your own data before relying on any template in production. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.
