We never see the business data that flows through your automations. Templates run in your own Make account with your own TypeSafe key.

3. Who processes data

Lemon Squeezy, Inc., merchant of record: processes payment, billing and tax data under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts this website and routes email sent to our domain.
Google LLC (Gmail): stores support email.

Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards each provider offers, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We don't sell personal data.

4. Retention

Support emails: up to 24 months after the last contact. Purchase records: as long as Spanish tax law requires.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by emailing support@switchyard.win. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
