This license applies to Switchyard products once purchased through Lemon Squeezy.

1. What you can do

• Use the product in your own projects.
• Use it on behalf of clients, on an unlimited number of client projects, as part of your freelance or agency work.
• Modify templates, questions, thresholds and categories for your own or your client's use.

2. What you can't do

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the product itself (app definition, blueprints, question files or documentation), paid or free.
• Publish the product, or something substantially the same, as your own offering.
• Remove the independence notice from documentation you pass on, or imply an affiliation with TypeSafe, Make or Switchyard that doesn't exist.

Delivering automations you built with the product to your clients is allowed. Handing them the product's own files to resell or redistribute is not.

3. Ownership

Toni Ibáñez Costa keeps all intellectual property rights. This license lets you use the product; it doesn't transfer ownership.

4. Accuracy

Published accuracy figures are past measurements on stated datasets, not guarantees. Run the included evaluation harness on your own data before relying on any threshold.

5. Warranty and liability

The product is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

6. Term

The license is perpetual for the version you bought and ends automatically if you break section 2.

7. Governing law

Spanish law, consistent with the terms of sale.
